SENIOR DIGITAL PRODUCER

We're looking for a Senior Digital Producer with the relevant digital/tech product build experience to join our production team. This person should have experience running a variety of digital projects, from apps to platforms, using a range of different technologies.
This role reports to the Head of Delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities of the Senior Digital Producer are as follows:
Own the delivery of both individual projects as well as programmes of work / or multiple projects on a single client, to drive maximum efficiency in terms of time and budget, and ensure consistent levels of quality in delivery.
Be client-facing where required, with excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills. Work closely with Client Services and Business Development to maintain and develop first class client relationships, to allow for new business opportunity development.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, both internally and externally.
Foster a close and collaborative working relationship with project teams, Client Services counterparts, and the wider Production, Operations, and Finance teams.
Manage and mentor other members of the production team as required, with the ability to coach, motivate and inspire.
Able to adapt and understand the agency processes and systems to effectively work into them, and be comfortable suggesting and actioning improvements to ways of working where relevant.
Create and manage detailed Scopes of Work (SoW’s) and Change Requests and communicate the detail to clients.
Create and manage detailed project plans including budgets, resource requirements, and timelines.
Identify and steward client brand objectives and project needs.
Write requirements documentation for projects, and agree on priorities across relevant disciplines.
Manage forecasting budgets and resource requirements with the leads of the relevant disciplines.
Manage the day-to-day activities of digital builds, (mobile applications, web experiences, voice skills, and other innovative digital products) and content creation (copy, video, animation, illustration, and campaign assets).
Effectively coordinate with the client-side team and internal operations to oversee delivery, security, policy, legal, data, and technical requirements.
Engage closely and collaboratively with designers and conceptual creatives, UX, developers, and QA to shape product roadmaps and execution schedules.
Facilitate sprint planning and other agile ceremonies where appropriate, outputting sprint plans with sprint goals and deliverables.
Manage daily workflow and stand-up whilst allocating tasks to the team and managing progress and budget, and regularly report on the progress of the project.
Identify opportunities to improve and grow the project, or the programme of work, from within the delivery process, both technologically and strategically.
In collaboration with the analytics, strategy, and UX team, closely monitor all analytics that will help guide product or future iteration decisions.
Oversee end-to-end process from brief to delivery of new features/feature improvements/bug fixes, including third parties where appropriate.
Manage third-party vendors, including consultants, contractors, and product vendors as necessary during the delivery of projects.
Drive a continuous improvement culture, and facilitate scrum events including sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Organise the running of new business pitches and own any delivery considerations and scoping.

A minimum of six years solid experience as a Producer/Project Manager ideally working in creative, digital, or tech agencies. Client-side experience would be a bonus.
Someone who is very experienced at delivering complex development builds, working into Jira and liaising closely with a development team.
A genuine passion for people, brands, production, creativity, innovation, and technology.
Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to be a trusted advisor and influence decision-making with internal and external stakeholders.
Must have experience running a variety of digital projects, from apps to platforms, using a variety of technologies.
Strong knowledge of all phases of digital development from concept to UX, to design, development, and QA, as well as broader integrated delivery experience.
Proven experience in effectively prioritising and delivering multiple projects or a programme of work in a fast-paced environment.
Be used to working at scale, with distributed teams, budgets, and with varying lengths of lead times and deadlines.
Have detailed knowledge of a variety of project management methodologies, particularly AgileScrum, but also a good understanding of Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall, and how to augment, adapt and apply their experience effectively.
Highly process driven and obsessive about detail.
Strong data and spreadsheet skills are essential.
Experience with resource planning, budgeting and delivery reporting.
Ability to use own initiative and be a creative problem solver, managing up where required but able to work independently as a trusted production professional.
A clear and respectful communicator who is confident in briefing studio teams, challenging briefs, and answering queries.
Understands the fast-paced nature of the creative and technology industries, and is able to embrace constant change with a calm and agile approach.
Creative and strategic mindset and ability to support the Head of Delivery in improving systems and processes so they are highly efficient.
Proactive and driven to succeed.
Professional, reliable, and excellent time management with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent computer skills - familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
