LEAD VISUAL DESIGNER

The Lead Visual Designer is a key role within Rehab. You will work closely with the creative Director and support the team to create and deliver strategic vision for our clients and our business. Collaborating with other relevant teams across Rehab to deliver the highest quality digital and integrated creative tech work for our global clients, which include Nike, Meta, Google and Roche among many others.
We're looking for a Lead Visual Designer to join our Creative team. This role reports to the Creative Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities of the Lead Visual Designer are as follows:
Proven track record and portfolio designing for digital and tech products and services, demonstrating your own personal creative flair and finesse.
Experience collaborating with UX teams, understanding how to apply a pixel perfect visual layer.
Mould new briefs into successful wins, including new business proposals, existing projects and everything in between.
Create, implement and scale creative processes.
Create design strategy and tactics to ensure Rehab is on the forefront of creativity and innovation.
Manage / participate in creative workshops and concept development with clients and strategy teams.
Uses a high level of expertise to generate and deliver stunning digital concepts to meet client briefs and expectations.
Proven track record of leading teams and presenting concepts and ideas internally as well as externally to global clients.
Helping with hiring and establishing a design culture within Rehab, inspiring everyone around you.
Collaborate with and mentor junior creatives.
Ability to bring attention to detail, cutting-edge design, user centered principles and product thinking.
Be able to quickly visualise your thinking using different mediums.
Have experience working in an agile development process, designing in sprints.
Working with authority and professionalism, you will delegate tasks and offer feedback to team members, ensuring the high quality of the digital design work and displaying the expertise that has gone into the project.
Developing our digital design capability through leadership and inventive concepts. The fullest understanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards is as essential as the experience to execute projects of all sizes, and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.
Working knowledge of these software packages and languages is essential: Sketch; In-vision; Photoshop; and After Effects.
Staying up to date with creative industry trends.
Collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of digital creativity.

Excellent computer skills - familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
